MILLIONS OF AMERICAN LIVES COULD BE AT RISK IF THE SWINE FLU MUTATES INTO A MORE DEADLY VIRUS
The Department of Homeland Security has refused to close our borders in response to the Swine Influenza virus (officially called the H1N1 virus) – and now we know why!
Click here to view a document obtained by the grassroots watchdog group Judicial Watch. It is a Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) document that they obtained through a Freedom of Information Act appeal. And it makes clear that, when former President George W. Bush signed the SPP Agreement with Canada and Mexico in 2005, he was also agreeing that the United States WILL NOT close our borders in response to a pandemic.
That’s right! On page 13 of the attached SPP report, it is stated: "It is also essential that throughout a pandemic, all borders and major roads remain open" to "allow the unimpeded flow of domestic and international commerce".
The current Swine Flu virus has not yet achieved pandemic status. The Spanish flu in 1918 that killed an estimated 40 million people also started with a pig virus and also started slowly, taking several months to mutate into a deadly form. If that happens again, millions of Americans could be infected and die, in part because the Obama Administration decided to honor the SPP agreement and not close our borders.
This is an outrage! Congress should spell out the correct actions to take.
Please pass the SPP document along to others so they too will learn of this latest piece of evidence on how our government is betraying our security and independence in the name of "globalism" and a "North American Community”"
